Can I purchase a policy if I am awaiting a medical diagnosis, investigations or test results?

If you or anyone you wish to insure is awaiting a diagnosis, surgery, treatment, tests, investigations or results for any medical condition, or suffering symptoms not yet discussed with a doctor, we are unable to offer a policy.

Once the treatment or surgery has been completed, or the test/investigation results have been received or a firm diagnosis of symptoms suffered has been made, we will be happy to provide a quotation within the call centre. Please contact us on 01903 255 659. Our office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturday.
