Cover for pre-existing medical conditions
We are able to offer travel insurance policies that provide cover for a number of pre-existing medical conditions. This is subject to you answering a few
standard eligibility questions, accurately screening your specific medical conditions and paying the premium presented to you.
Purchasing a policy is relatively simple, please click the ‘Cover me’ box and follow each step carefully.
It is important that you are aware that we do not offer the option of partial cover, as this will not allow us to adequately assess your health risk from an
insurance perspective. Therefore all the information provided must be both complete and accurate for any traveller that you wish to include on the policy.
We will send an email to the registered email address as soon as the policy is in place. This email will include a medical declaration for each insured person
that has declared one or more medical conditions. It is important that these letters are checked and any errors notified to us as soon as possible so that we
can cancel incorrect policies and assist you in obtaining appropriate cover.
Our travel insurance policies are underwritten by Inter Partner Assistance S.A. UK Branch, which is part of the AXA Group, with worldwide medical and emergency services provided by AXA Travel Insurance Ltd, who have offices located around the world to ensure that you have the help you need, when and where you need it.
